A Very Bad Find Indeed no comments
This was going to be a blog about my day, which has not been very good. And I suppose by writing this, I am doing so anyway. But then: why not? Because, all in all, it has been pretty bad. When I came downstairs earlier, it was to find my flatmate badmouthing me behind my back. I only caught the tail end of it, and although they tried to cover it up, and cover it up rather feebly, there was no mistaking it: I was being insulted by someone I considered a friend.
Just not a good one, it seems.
But now, after seeing this news story, I can’t help but feel my day pales in comparison. So I’m not going to write any more about it. Finding a used tampon in your food is quite easily the most disgusting thing I’ve read all week. At least I can smooth things over with my friend. Or pretend to, and just go on as if nothing happened. But that – that will live with you forever!
